The Dubai Police launched the Esaad Card in March 2017. This card is a loyalty and discount card with benefits for government employees, retirees, Golden Visa holders, and selected professionals from the private sector. Esaad Card Eligibility criteria
Registration for an Esaad card, you do not have to go through a complicated process.
The Esaad card is eligible for
Civil servants and police officers under the General Directorate of Dubai Police.
Retired military and civilians.
People with disabilities.
Older adults.
Golden Visa holders.
Low-income citizens and people with determination.

Registration Procedure
